1 1/2 cup rice
1 1/2 lb. fresh strawberry
2 tbs.granulated sugar
2 tbs. confectioners'sugar
2 eggs (separated)
1/2 tsp. salt,water for cooking rice

Use the Aroma Cool-Touch Rice Cooker cook the
rice.Meanwhile use a fork to beat egg yolks with granulated sugar. Put
aside. Grease the bottom and sides of a 7x11-inch baking dish.When rice
is cooked, mix in the mixing bowl egg mixture with rice and spread in
baking dish
On the top add washed strawberries (remove green stems).Use AROMA COUNTER TOP OVEN for baking. Bake for 15 min.at 350 F. Beat egg whites with 1/2 tsp salt and confectioners'sugar and add on top of strawberries and bake for 15 min. longer. Serve warm.
